"Everything was “right”"
I ordered from mrhero.com everything showed up exactly how it was supposed to. No missing items, no random mix-ups, nothing weird. I’ve had that happen with other places before, so it was actually kind of nice to just get “what I ordered.” Simple experience, but that’s really all I was hoping for.

"Pretty good value in my experience"
I tried mrhero.com mostly because the prices seemed fair compared to a few other sites I looked at, i’m usually picky about paying for stuff online.

For me, it felt worth the money overall. It wasn’t the absolute cheapest option I’ve ever seen, but for what I got, I thought it was decent. The site was simple enough to use too, which I always appreciate.

The only thing I’d say is that I would’ve liked some of the charges or details to be a little clearer before checkout. Still, from my experience, it was good value and I’d probably use it again...

Stopped by the drive-thru and overall it just felt like a good visit. The food came out hot, my order was right, and the guy at the window was friendly. My gut says this is a reliable spot when you need something quick. Only reason I’d knock off a star is the line dragged a bit, but nothing too bad

"Good amount of stuff to pick from"
They got a lot of choices on the menu, so finding something for lunch was easy. It was nice not having to go to the same boring sandwich place again.

The food was good overall, honestly. The romanburger had solid flavor and seemed fresh enough, though I couldn’t help but wonder if they were being a little stingy with the sauce. It definitely needed more. Fries were okay too, nothing wild. I’d probably order again when I’m craving it, but I’ll be keeping an eye on that sauce situation next time.

I used mrhero.com to look up nearby stores, most of the locations were pretty much what I expected. There was one place where the hours seemed a little off, so I ended up calling before going. Not a big deal, but it would be nice if the info was kept a bit more updated.

"Quick win for lunch coupons"
I checked mrhero.com right before ordering lunch, my snap judgment was that it looked simple enough to be worth a try. I found a coupon fast that knocked a few bucks off my combo, with no annoying signup or weird hoops to jump through.

It wasn’t some massive discount, but it worked immediately, which is all I really cared about. Made lunch feel a little more worth it, and I’d definitely check there again before ordering.

"Seriously Huge Portions"
I ordered from Mr. Hero and the sandwich was bigger than I expected. Like, who’s complaining about getting more food than they thought, right? I got fries too and by the end I was struggling to finish everything. It’s nice to actually get a meal that fills you up these days, especially for the price. Nothing super fancy, just solid food and a lot of it. Would I order again when I’m really hungry? Definitely.

"Great takeout from Mr. Hero"
I grabbed takeout from Mr. Hero and had a really good experience. My order was ready right on time, pickup was quick and easy, and everything was still hot when I got it home. The food tasted great and the whole order was exactly right. I’d definitely give it 5 stars because it was simple, fast, and totally hit the spot.

"Faster than I expected, honestly"
I ordered from mrhero.com and, to be fair, I wasn’t expecting much because I’ve had plenty of delivery orders take forever before. But this one actually showed up quickly, and the food was still hot, so I feel like I made the right call ordering from there. The wait really wasn’t bad at all. My only small complaint is that the tracking could’ve been a little clearer, because I like knowing where my food is, especially when I’m hungry. But overall, it was a good experience and faster than I thought it would be

"Really solid sides, especially the fries"
The fries showed up hot and crispy, which is always a win. They had a nice crunch and felt like they were made with care. The mozzarella sticks were good too, maybe a little on the greasy side, but still tasty. Overall, I was happy with the order and would definitely feel good about getting these sides again

"Super fresh and honestly solid"
Ordered from Mr. Hero and I’ve gotta say, the veggies tasted crazy fresh and the bread was nice and soft. The meat seemed good too, not dry or like it had been sitting around forever. My only tiny complaint is I wish it showed up a little warmer. Still, overall it was a really solid meal and I’d give it 4 stars.

"Food showed up barely warm"
The sandwich itself tasted okay, but it arrived cold, which was disappointing. I get that delivery can be tricky, but when the food isn’t even warm, it makes me a lot less confident about ordering from here again.
